We often confuse God’s “not yet” for unanswered prayers. In reality, we need to learn to wait and practice the virtue of patience. Here’s a prayer for when you are feeling stuck in the middle of the season of waiting. 

“My Savior, 

In this season of waiting, I come before You with a heart that yearns for patience. Help me, Lord, to embrace this time of uncertainty with grace and steadfastness. Teach me to wait patiently for Your perfect timing, knowing that Your plans for me are always good and purposeful.

Thank you for your forgiveness in my impatience and for walking alongside me in every season. 

Amen.”
