We’re often at a crossroads and are unsure of which direction is the “right” path for ourselves. Here’s an example of how to pray specifically for direction from the Lord.

“Heavenly Father,

In this moment of uncertainty and indecision, I come before You seeking Your guidance and direction. Your Word promises that if we lack wisdom, we can ask You for it. Please give me clarity of mind. Open my heart to discern Your will in this situation. Help me to trust in Your perfect plan and walk in obedience to Your leading.

Thank You for Your faithfulness and for always being near to those who seek You. Amen.”

James 1:5 (NIV)
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
